		<description>Hi Dominique,

Thanks for asking :-)

On average you should take 2 cups per day to aid weight loss.

One cup before walking or whatever activity you prefer as this enhances the metabolic rate and increases fat burning. The second cup should be taken in the evening at a time when the Oolong tea will be most beneficial to you in reducing food cravings and hunger pangs.

Sorry to be so long winded but bear with me as this is not an exact science.

An average serving is around 300 ml which is approximately 10 fluid ounces. For this you would use 1 tablespoon of our loose leaf Wu Yi Oolong tea which is about 2 grams. So you would use 4 grams per day = 120 grams per month.

We actually package 150 grams per month to make sure our customers have more than enough for their needs and also be able to enjoy extra cups of Wu Yi Oolong tea without being restricted.

So, in answer to your question 3 months supply would be 450 grams and 6 months supply would be 900 grams.

Remember that we do bulk, no frills, shipping to slash costs as explained above and shipping is free for the 3 and 6 month orders.

Thanks
